Together with your team coach, we work on an individual training plan, and we guide you through your career at NORRIQ. Along your career path you get job flexibility: you get the opportunity to work across multiple expertise domains (CRM/ERP/BI/Customer Operations), to discover where your talents come in best use.
Roles in our team
Our agile approach provides flexibility to our clients and opportunities for you along your career path. We work with the customer's teams in their transformation programs through multiple roles (Business Consultants, Technical Consultants, Functional Analysts and Project Managers).
Recruitment process
- When you apply at NORRIQ, you will immediately be contacted by Tom, Manou or Imke to have a first introduction meeting via Teams or in the office.
- Afterwards, you get the opportunity to be invited to our office to meet one of our directors to talk about potential projects and challenges in the role you would fulfil.
- All our NORRIQ consultants fill out an assessment at home, where we gather more information about personality, motivation, and cognitive behaviour.
- This results in a final conversation with one of your direct colleagues or management.
- Finally, you will receive your offer to join NORRIQ.
Typically our recruitment process takes about maximum 3 weeks.
