This module covers the processes to enhance the productivity of the sales representative. The accounts being pubs, retail, shops, .. are managed based on the channel specific approach. The sales rep has all the required information available at his fingertips online or offline on a PDA or tablet pc. Sales managers benefit from the sales team planning integrated with outlook and the sales analytics to take informed decisions. Marketing campaigns can be managed and followed-up on effectiveness.

CRM Service

With CRM Service the technician has all the information related to a pub available on his mobile device. The service manager plans the service tasks for the technicians. These tasks relate to the installation or repair of a fridge, periodic cleaning of the pipes, … On the road the technician reports on time spent, spare parts used and remarks or actions to take. This information is transferred back to Drink-IT® ERP for the contract administration and cost allocation.
