Tax Management

Calculate taxes (sales, excise, etc.) with ease. If your company produces or distributes beer, wine, alcohol products, soft drinks, etc., you may be subject to various taxes based on the country’s legislation. Drink-IT® can automate this complicated task, integrated with sales, purchase, accounting and inventory management. This facilitates an automated declaration and reporting on movements in tax locations.

Deposit Management

Calculate deposit values on products, in both sales and purchase, ensuring the correct value, both inside and outside the company. The user has an accurate listing and account processing of empty bottles, cases, kegs and pallets – at any given time. The module gives you a good overview on accurate stock availability of empty goods and allows you to follow up the deposits at the customer.

Discount Management

One-off, temporary or permanent discounts or promotions are often offered to target customer groups or specific customers. These include direct financial reductions as well as periodic discounts based on volumes over periods combined with minimum conditions. Track the results of your promotional activity and have confidence you are accurately calculating all related aspects such as stock of free goods, invoicing, accounting, etc.

Transportation Management

You have the orders – now you must deliver them. Easily coordinate transportation, monitoring the maximum capacity of your vehicles, delivery schedules and which goods should be placed on which vehicle, driver and delivery tour. The module also has functionality for the follow-up of the cooperation with an external logistics partner.

 

EMCS

EMCS (Excise Movement and Control System) is a computerised system of the European Union for monitoring movements of excise goods under suspension of excise duty within the EU. In Drink-IT®, logistic movements & full inventory management for goods under suspension are aligned with the requirements of the e-AD (electronic Administrative Document) to communicate from the consignor, where the goods leave the tax warehouse, to the consignee via Member State administrations.

 

SSCC Tracking

The module SSCC Tracking provides a framework to implement a scanning solution based on the Serial Shipping Container Code (SSCC), an international standard to identify logistics units. Scanned information will be linked to movements in sales, purchase and warehouse movements. This will enable a full tracing of the finished goods in the market which is in line with food & beverage legislations.

Telesales

Timely customer service is critical. Schedule to contact your customers to renew their order based on their needs. Gain access to current promotions, customer order history, product catalog and information on production, empty goods, deposits, discounts, transportation, accounting, etc. – All available on screen and designed to support your telesales team’s efforts.

Shop Management

Similar to the telesales touch screen, the shop management screen gives quick access to a detailed overview of all available products in different item categories. Various means of payment, such as cash, credit cards or coupons may be linked. The module can be combined with scanning of the products to speed up shop operations.

Loyalty Management

Customers in the loyalty program earn loyalty points by buying products in specified categories. The customer can convert the earned points in free goods (beverage, POS, ...). The module is part of sales order management and shows the status of customers in the loyalty program.

Beverage Manufacturing

Manage your business from the purchase of raw materials until packaging of the end product. This module is primarily used for production order management, capacity planning for equipment and macro planning calculation, using forecasts to calculate purchase contracts and production plans. The system also manages lot traceability of raw materials, intermediate products, and if required, finished products.

Quality Management

The user gets insight in quality, based on measurements in the production process for the intermediate and finished produced goods, including the initial quality testing of ingredients as part of the receiving process. Both automated in-process tests and ad hoc tests are supported as well as forward and backwards tracking. Bad test results can block operations. The extensive quality reporting supports you in decision making on quality management.

Contract Management

Whether your needs around contract management consist of building maintenance both short or long-term, technical support or periodic invoicing related to contracts and buildings; the contract module can handle it all. The main functionalities are: rent contracts, loan contracts, maintenance contracts with service orders (recurring or repair), delivery rights, follow-up CAPEX (Capital Expenditures),...

            

Sponsoring & events

The module allows companies to organize their sponsoring activities by efficient process follow-ups from customer request until registered contracts and related posted invoices. The equipment lend out for the events can be planned on the contracts to optimize the occupation in high seasons. The user has a complete history for management reporting on sponsoring budgets and for decision making on approvals of individual customer requests.

 Plant Maintenance Management

This module manages the maintenance of the different equipments in the production process. The plant maintenance work orders can be initiated by preventive maintenance plans or ad hoc service requests. The work orders are planned on internal or external resources. Consumption of hours and spare parts are logged on the work order for reporting. The spare parts management is linked to the requisition planning in the purchase process.
