Business Central CARE Consultant
As a Business Consultant CARE, you will help support our customers for the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central they use.
Your challenge
You support our customers in the use of their software systems :
- By taking their calls and delivering quality on-line solutions
- By communicating issues to the product and/or development team
You ensure a qualitative customer support :
- Speaking to the customer in a customer-friendly manner
- Giving remote solution support to customers
- Clearly noting the problem or issue of the customer
- Providing the solution to the question or problem himself or passing the question on to the relevant specialist
- Concrete follow-up of the open issue
- Complete and clear documentation of the action taken and the final solution
- Giving training to end-users
- Carrying out support work at customers

You have a practical and pragmatic attitude and take ownership of the tasks assigned to you. You are able to communicate at different levels. The knowledge and competences we ask for are
- Relevant education of university or higher level or equivalent through experience
- Knowledge of one or more ERP systems is a prerequisite.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a big plus
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus
