Drink-IT developed a customized CRM application on tablet for customer Heineken called Perfect Execution. The Drink-IT team is very proud that the solution won an award.
Heineken continuously wants to update its knowledge on their OpCo Markets in the African region (the markets where Heineken has an operational company) and they want to measure the local market circumstances based on the main variables that influence the sales of their products (visibility of the brand, the price,…).
To do this in a standardized way, Drink-IT developed “Perfect Execution”. When the local sales people visit the local distributors they use the solution on their mobile device to register the standards. Entering the info immediately on the mobile device in the outlet is a huge time saver for the sales representatives. The information synchronizes automatically with CRM.
The first Perfect Execution projects went live at the beginning of this year and the next project roll-outs are already planned. A new area has begun!
