Brouwerij De Brabandere Implements CRM

Brouwerij De Brabandere, located in Bavikhove, produces a wide selection of beers and soft drinks. In addition, they also sell soft drinks, sodas, wines and beers from other beverage companies.

Since January 2009, the brewery has worked with our Drink-IT ERP Solution and a couple of years ago, they also served as a pilot for the new legally required excise module, EMCS (Excise Management and Control System).

Now, they have also chosen to implement the Drink-IT CRM solution. 10 sales representatives will visit the food and beverages establishments using a tablet to execute the sales visits. Thanks to Drink-IT CRM, these sales reps will have the most up-to-date customer and prospect information at hand, including contractual information. Assortment checks, organisation of product tasting and complaint management are some of the key functionalities which are covered in their CRM application.
