New Drink-IT CRM Release

Drink-IT CRM is also preparing for the New Year: this month, Drink-IT CRM R1.2 will be officially released. Drink-IT CRM is our answer to questions of our many customers and prospects active in the beverage and consumer goods sector: sector-specific functions, available for any type of user, regardless of where he or she is. Whether your sales manager has an iPad or a Windows 8 tablet, our CRM application always provides access to your customer data, even if no internet connection is on hand.

Several highlights of the new release:

  • A Visit Wizard enables you to streamline your visitor registration: per type of customer you can determine which sales activities should be registered compulsory or optionally by your sales representatives. Your mobile users know perfectly what is expected of them at every moment, so they can fully focus on your customers!

  • From now on, the content of your visit reports (call cards) is partly determined by your set visit objectives. You always set the right priorities during your sales talks and gain even better insight into your customer and prospect relations.  

  • Simplicity and efficiency is what Drink-IT CRM is all about! Maximum three clicks take you to the information you seek. In addition, barcode scanning offers you even more efficient management of product assortments and orders. From now on, you no longer have to go over lengthy product lists: with the built-in camera of your mobile device, you can now scan the barcodes of your products and immediately find the right reference. 

  • The content of your contracts has never been used so optimally: your sales managers still have an up-to-date overview of the contractual obligations of your customers. If necessary, the entire contract can easily (and with the right level of authentication) be called up via your document management system.  

  • Drink-IT CRM continues to support new versions of Android (smartphone and tablet) and iOS (iPad and iPhone) and Dynamics CRM 2013.
