New Norwegian Customer and Partner for Drink-IT

Drink-IT is very proud to announce that the Norwegian brewery Mack has chosen Drink-IT for the management of their brewery. With Mack the first Norwegian customer is a fact!

Mack, one of the most northerly breweries in the world and one of Norway’s oldest, was founded in the autumn of 1877 in Tromsø. The brewery’s product range has varied considerably over the years, and is constantly being extended and developed. Today, it produces as many as 16 different recipes/brands of beer, and 13 types of soft drinks and mineral water. Mack has chosen Drink-IT to standardize their business processes in one single application, from production, logistics to finance. 

To secure the implementation of Drink-IT, Drink-IT has formed a partnership with Jupiter System Partner AS, also based in Tromsø. 

Jupiter was founded in 1999 by Kolbjørn Engeseth and has grown organically to 10 employees. Jupiter specialises in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and consulting for Norwegian customers. Mack was one of Jupiter’s very first customers within consulting 11 years ago. When Mack started the process of finding a new ERP system this spring, Jupiter was a natural part of the process. Jupiter and NORRIQ built a strong connnection and the rest is history …

The great combination of local knowledge, skilled consultants and an industry standard with thousands of users worldwide makes the partnership of Jupiter and NORRIQ a perfect match. The first implementation in this partnership just kicked off and the live date is planned for Q1 2011!

The Drink-IT team will conitinue to work very closely with Jupiter and hopefully other Norwegian breweries will follow Mack in choosing Drink-IT!
