Plant Maintenance Management
For companies with an internal maintenance department, Drink-IT provides a module covering the demands in this area. Service items like machines, buildings, cars,… can be defined to receive both corrective and preventive maintenance
The module uses work orders to plan, control and execute services deployed to equipments. Information about defects, causes, symptoms and possible remedies can be stored for future reference and used to enable continuous improvement processes. Budgeted costs can be linked to work orders, to report them to management using all kinds of charts.
The module is integrated with other processes, like purchase, inventory and the material planning. This integration enables spare parts being sufficiently available without excess, services from subcontractors being quoted and ordered, and internal resources registering time spent on work orders.
