First customer in Belgium to use the Drink-IT CRM solution.

Belgian’s leading cider producer has chosen the Drink-IT CRM solution as sales companion for their dedicated sales team. The CRM solution connects to Drink-IT ERP which Stassen has been using since 2008.

Seven sales representatives and 2 back office employees are using the CRM solution that supports them in e.g. sales visit reporting, the organization of tastings, assortment checking and monitoring of competitor activities.  

The sales reps have access to their customer and contacts portfolio, they prepare their visit planning and register structured visit reporting with only a few clicks on their Samsung tablet device.

Sales and marketing management at Stassen gain important insights in their market segments and are able to manage commercial activities in an efficient way.
