Your challenge
You support our customers in the use of their software systems:
By taking their calls and delivering quality on-line solutions;
By communicating issues to the product or development team.
You ensure a qualitative customer support:
By speaking to the customer in a customer friendly way;
Giving remote solution support to customers;
By clearly noting the problem or issue of the customer;
By providing the solution to the question or problem himself or passing the question on to the relevant specialist;
Concrete follow-up of the open issue;
Complete and clear documentation of the action taken and the final solution;
Giving training to end-users;
Carrying out support work at customers.
Our expectations
You have a practical and pragmatic attitude and take ownership of the tasks assigned to you. You are able to communicate at different levels. Thanks to your analytical skills, you come to solutions quickly. You can work independently, but also enjoy teamwork. You feel at home in a strongly growing organization.
The knowledge and competences we ask for are:
Relevant education of university or higher level or equivalent through experience;
Knowledge of one or more ERP systems is a prerequisite;
Knowledge of and/or experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a big plus;
Good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
